Everywhere in the hyper-stimulated world of today there are distractions. All it takes is a click of a button to get instant pleasure and habits such as over masturbating silently drain energy, focus and self control. MÀSTURBATION is an individual decision, but lack of control over it may gradually deprive one of a sense of discipline, self-confidence and meaning.

This paper is not on "guilt or shàme".
It has to do with mastering yourself, being able to control your emotions and creating a powerful life.

My Experience:

My age is twenty-one. I want to share my life experience till now.

When I was fifteen or sixteen years old, I developed a habit of watching porn websites. Slowly, along with that, I started màsturbating and became addicted to it.

I tried many methods to come out of this habit. I tried many things, but nothing really worked for me.

After that, I accepted the #NoFap challenge and took a 30-day #NoFap challenge. But I failed in that too, especially in the last days.

Later, I stopped using social media. I mainly avoided triggering content. I tried many ways to quit MÀSTURBATION and pornogràphy.

But finally, I understood one important thing. The day we stop thinking about it completely, that is the day we actually come out of it.

So what will you do if you decided that 'I should Stop right now ' 

"DON'T COUNT THE DAYS"

Why This Habit Becomes a Problem

Occasional urges are natural. The problem starts when the habit becomes:

  • A daily escape from stress or loneliness
  • A source of low motivation and brain fog
  • A trigger for guilt, anxiety, or lack of confidence 
  • A replacement for real goals, growth, and relationships

Over time, the brain starts craving easy dopamine instead of meaningful achievement.

The Real Price of Losing Control.

 And gluttony is a vice that has more to do with time than with money:

Absence of transparency and order.

Social withdrawal

Low self-esteem

Weak routine

Missed opportunities

Once you lose control over urges, now urges take control of your life.

Understand Your Triggers

You cannot overcome what you do not know.

Common triggers include:

❌Boredom

❌Loneliness

❌Stress or failure

❌Late-night phone usage

❌Instagram posts & #ñudity.

The need is not physical as it is usually emotional.

Learn to master your emotions (not repress them).

✅Winning is not about force. It's about channeling energy.

Acknowledge the urge

Say: "This is temporary. I am in control."🔥

Delay the response

Urges peak for 10-20 minutes.🥵 When you take your mind off them they disappear.

Replace the habit

Habits that are bad do not vanish off, but they are substituted.

Try:

✅Push-ups or a short workout

✅Cold shower

✅Reading or journaling

✅Walking outside

✅Slow breaths (box breathing would be a great fit)Develop a Powerful Daily Program.

✅Strict discipline minimizes poorly timed moments.

✅Morning

✅Wake up early

✅Exercise or stretch
