These are despite a bare scientific backing on them and are biased towards productivity or resilience themes on your first blog questions.

Myth 1: #NoFap is Spiritual/Morally dictatorial.

    Community Support: Free zone to share the woes, and impart responsibility and less shame on the $exual practices. 

    Potential Wellness Shift: Solves the compulsions, encourages physical activity or hobbies to channel the energy.

Key Demerits


    Physical and Mood Problems: No libido improvement, constant urges, exhaustion/flat line mood; others report no improvements. 

    Unrealistic Expectations: These are statements like the super human energy or attraction which cannot be proved; may lead to guilt due to a relapse.

    Risk of Harm You can make some more shy and obsessive, especially when this is amid moralistic perceptions, and not of health. 

    No such thing as Universal Science: The advantages are highly self-promoted, m@sturbation is normal and healthy in moderation by most people.
