             The #genz are doing a lot of things on mobile phones and on the internet, so we are using social media blindly, falling into the trap of creators in y₸,
inst@gram, x platform, f@cebook etc.. 

           Like a dopamine detox, which involves quitting high-stimulation behaviors such as social media and junk food, rejuvenates your brain reward system, thus providing you with new motivation to do all your daily routines. 

        Make it like a one-on-one communication: I will show you, step by step, one on one, as though we were talking, not a lot of word play. 

          Similar to a dopamine detox, or a cessation of high-stimulation activities like social media and junk food, replenishes your reward system in the brain, therefore, giving you the added impetus to do everything that you do every day. 

      Turn it into one-on-one communication: I will demonstrate to you, step by step, one on one, as though we were conversing, not a lot of word play. 

The one is boredom and the brain will renew after 4-24 hours to the grade. Week-Long Build Continue the construction till 7 days so that the reference to the progress made on day to day basis may be checked again.
 
         Day 1-3 Day 1- 3 will have no virtual detox except that that day the amount of phone pickups would be reduced to 50/day.
 
         Day 4-7: positive behaviours should be rewarded ( e.g. 15min controlled scroll= work 1hr).
  
        Tips for Success Would have it be ruled: Not, but, breath, wait (After this job) - is it discipline
 
       Post-detox: Reading and non-shorter texts (long podcasts/books); playing a child. Track wins:
  
       Irritability will be expected to be followed and on the third day, clear energy will occur. When addiction seems to lie in the high level, the person must appeal to the help of a specialist since it cannot be attained solely using the will. 
 
      Continue doing it and menial task that will be harvesting the rewards once again. What's your biggest trigger? 
 
Dopamine Detox:
 
 
               There are five main process types – 
 
The following are 5 frequently used procedures in a practice-oriented guide on how to do a dopamine detox:
 
1. Identify Your Trigger Activities


              Make a list of the activities that provide you with a rapid and “easy” release of dopamine and trigger the autopilot mode in your brain.  
 
              These may include phone surfing, watching videos on You₸ube, playing video games, eating junk food, online shopping, etc.

              Make a list of the activities you want to avoid or reduce during the dopamine detox.
 
2. Set a Goal and Duration

                     Determine the reasons why you are doing the dopamine detox. Do you want to improve focus, reduce anxiety, increase productivity, etc.?
     
 Determine the length of the dopamine detox:

            Mini-Detox: 1-24 hours
            Weekend Reset: 2-3 days
            Longer Reset: 1-4 weeks (optional)
 
3. Prepare a Low-Stimulation Environment

           Remove or limit access to the trigger activities on the list you created in the first step.
 
          Delete the apps on your phone, turn off notifications, or use grayscale mode on your phone.

          Prepare a low-dopamine environment in your home. Remove screens from the area where you are doing the dopamine detox. Get a comfortable chair and a few books or a journal.
  
4. Plan calming low-dopamine activities

          Replace high-stimulation behaviors with low-stimulation activities such as reading, walking in nature, Journaling, exercise, cooking, drawing, or doing chores.
          These low-stimulation activities still stimulate the release of dopamine but in a gentle way.

5. Track and gradually reintroduce


         Track how you are feeling on a daily basis in terms of mood, focus, cravings, boredom, and sleep.

        Reintroduce high-dopamine activities in a mindful way by using a timer instead of reverting back to old behaviors.
